Digital Wisdom LLC adds latest in a series of certifications.
Digital wisdom LLC announces the completion of the Dell Managed Deployment Tech Lead certification. Generally, the Tech Lead will be leading 4-6 Installation Technicians and, one or more Material Handlers, depending on the complexity of the deployment. Additional Tech Lead responsibilities include;

Site Coordination
Ensure the site is ready to receive services
Execute according to this guide
Validate daily user readiness based on deployment schedule for the site
Coordinate with Customer's on site facilities and technical contacts regarding readiness and delivery issues
Escalate to Field Services Management on issues that impact the entire operation at the site

Technical Management
Distribute deployment workload among deployment team
Ensure the Installation Technicians are productive and efficient
Ensure the services performed are in scope and escalate if appropriate
Serve as the escalation point for the Installation Technician's deployment issues
Perform Quality Assurance on completed deployments
Perform installations while not supervising
Complete all updates and paperwork as required at the end of each day's activity
Perform Site Closeout at the end of each deployment event
