Digital wisdom LLC announces the completion of the Dell customer experience certification. The completion of this important certification requires the mastery of the following skills.

Identify Dell's Customer Experience goal and how field technicians impact that goal.
Identify the roles and responsibilities of key groups involved in the dispatch process.
Deliver excellent service through preparation utilizing the following:
Training
Tools
Proper attire
Set the proper service scheduling expectations utilizing the following:
Proper and thoughtful scheduling
An upfront contract with the customer
Procedures for when the field technician is unable to contact the customer
Deliver the best Customer Experience while on-site with these behaviors:
Arriving on time and setting the proper expectations
Using communication skills to "Find the Pain"
Identify proper and acceptable conduct while on-site:
Be courteous
Keep the customer informed
Appropriately handle upset customers and comments about Dell and its competitors
