Digital wisdom LLC announces the completion of the Dell M5200n printer certification. With the completion of this certification we will be authorized to diagnose equipment problems and service the printer by replace any malfunctioning parts. The following skills are required to successfully complete this certification.

Describe the M5200n’s features and capabilities to a customer.
Disassemble and reassemble the M5200n Printer to replace all major field-replaceable units (FRUs).
Troubleshoot common laser printer call drivers with a customer:
Configuration issues
Media jams
Network connectivity issues
Print quality issues
