Digital wisdom LLC announces the completion of the Dell 1720 / 1720dn. printer certification. With the completion of this certification we will be authorized to diagnose equipment problems and service the printer by replace any malfunctioning parts. The following skills are required to successfully complete this certification.

Describe the 1720 / 1720dn’s media path and media requirements to a customer.
Describe the 1720 / 1720dn’s support offerings to a customer and determine which offering the customer’s product carries.
Help a customer set up and configure the 1720 / 1720dn for client or stand-alone use.
Help a customer configure the 1720 / 1720dn for use on a small peer-to-peer network.
